Our Team

Capitol Dynamics, LLC, was founded and is owned and operated by partners Keith N. Dunn and David Kennett. With over 25 years of combined experience in public and governmental affairs in California and Washington, D.C., Capitol Dynamics is a full service lobbying and governmental affairs, strategic planning, and public relations firm.

Mr. Dunn and Mr. Kennett have been directly involved in statewide and national legislative and regulatory campaigns dealing with such issues as Federal Endangered Species Act reform and the 2006 California infrastructure bond campaigns. In addition, they have been the project coordinators for two statewide coalitions — California Natural Resources Group and California Coalition for Clean Water.
